The paper flyers we have been sending home from various community organizations and from our school will now be sent electronically. Each year, our school will save approximately 2-3 tons of paper and reduce copy costs by thousands of dollars. On top of that, paperless delivery of school flyers removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff, and volunteers. 

School-approved e-flyers will keep parents informed about upcoming school activities, programs, and events, as well as community events for students. In addition, students’ backpacks will be a little bit lighter! If parents do not have an email on file in Skyward Family Access, we would encourage you to stop by the office or go online to add an email contact so that you receive our emails (You will also receive Remarkable Times each week, as well)! Parents will receive a welcome email from the service provider, Peachjar, that includes a username and password. In addition to receiving school e-flyers in your email, parents can also access all approved flyers by clicking on the Peachjar logo on your school's website, which will direct you to that school's Peachjar page.

Organizations wishing to distribute flyers to students should visit our District policy 8:25 to see if your request may qualify, and then create a Peachjar account to start uploading flyers for approval.
