Student Council

The Richwoods Student Council provides representation for the students so they will get the most possible out of their high school years. Students become more aware of self-government through their involvement in council.

Student council members acquire leadership skills and build school spirit, loyalty, and cooperation through working together with students and faculty in guiding many different activities. The council consists of seven officers. The president and vice-president are elected in  the spring and the other five officers are appointed. Four senate members and approximately five representatives are elected each spring. Freshmen elections are held in the fall.
