Hello! Welcome to Elise Ford Allen Academy!! My name is Mrs. Kayla Steele and I am your 5th-8th school counselor.  This is my 12th year here! I am BEYOND excited to introduce our NEW school counselor for K-4th: Mrs. Celia Hightower!!

Please feel free to contact us by phone or to set up a meeting to discuss student achievement, attendance, early discussion of potential crises, family difficulties or concerns or any other concerns you may have.  We conduct individual counseling, small group counseling, as well as crisis intervention and classroom social skills lessons.  Thank you for your continued support as we strive to help your student(s) become successful!
