The scholars at Mark Bills Middle School made ice cream with Mrs. Lune’s Life Skills classroom for Black History Month to celebrate Augustus Jackson, who was a famous African American ice cream maker. Students had to follow the instructions that were projected on the board and were given the ingredients to make ice cream!
