Good evening Rolling Acres Families,
These are the announcements for the week of April 28th.
*Please mark your calendar for Wednesday, May 14th. We will be having a "moms" event. A flyer will be passed out this week. The event will begin at 5:30 pm.
*Our current mindset is Live to Give. Please ask your child what they are learning about the current mindset.
*We are continuing to address chronic absences. Just for reference, any student who has missed 15 or more days of school regardless if it is excused or unexcused is currently considered chronically absent. Please help us lower our chronic absence rate by sending your child to school every day. I have also attached a copy of the RA attendance practice to this week’s message. ATTENDANCE PRACTICE
*Graduation will take place on Tuesday, May 27th at 6:00. It will take place in the auditorium at Richwoods. No tickets are needed.
*Summer school will be June 2 - 18th. The district is partnering with community partners to provide a hands-on, project-based learning experience K-8. There will also be special programs such as PreK, EL and special education. High school will focus on credit recovery. Transportation and meals will be provided. Registration starts this week and will run until April 30th. Click on the following link for more information. SUMMER SCHOOL 2025
