Meet Ms. Smothers, Assistant Principal

Ms. June Smothers is Peoria High School assistant principal overseeing the Freshman Academy. Ms. Smothers has worked for Peoria Public Schools since January of 1995 as a teacher and administrator.  Prior to joining the Peoria High School team, Ms. Smothers served as both a general education and special education teacher serving students from second through twelfth grades in both regular schools and alternative education programs.  She also served as a dean at Manual High School and an assistant principal at Lincoln Middle School, Richwoods High School and Roosevelt Magnet School.
