Sterling PTO welcomes back Sterling Families! We are excited about our mission to make Sterling the best school it can be for our students, parents and staff. Jags rise to the top!!

Great news!! You’re already a member of Sterling Middle PTO, we charge no dues for membership. We get it, you’re busy. But just a little time here and there could make a big difference. You’re invited to attend meetings, volunteer for actives, and even provide leadership. We are family friendly, so your younger children will always be welcome to lend a hand with you! Mothers, fathers, grandparents and guardians welcome!!!! Some activities can be done from home. Listed below are a few established activities for you to choose from. An experienced parent will help you! Circle your interest or if you want more information.

Teacher Appreciation Week

Provide food    Planning    Set up                    Clean up

Planning    Chaperone    Concessions

Spark Club (Parents who create ways to show staff appreciation all year round)

Planning    Decorating     Provide food or snacks

Concession Table at home sports games (Our main fundraiser)

Planning    Run table (supervise student volunteers, set up, clean up, make popcorn-2hrs total or just JV or Varsity game)    One game    Many games

Restaurant Nights (Our other fundraiser)

Booking (Done at home by phone or web)     Volunteer for night if needed

Reading Incentive

Planning (Work with vendor to design shirts, distribute order form, deliver order to vendor, get funds to treasurer-Most of this is done from home)   

Leaders (Grab a friend or partner to co-lead or we’ll match you up with another volunteer) Time commitment about 2 hours a month-We’ll provide a position description)
