My career began at a small private school where I began working with students who struggled academically and were close to failing school.
I"ve been a teacher for 25 years.

My passion is helping students develop greater understanding of concepts and patterns.

My hobbies are riding my bike and swimming.
I love to make cards in my spare time.
I have two grown children and one grandog.

I am the special education teacher for the 5th and 6th grade students at Rolling Acres Middle School. This is currently my 2th. year of teaching in District 150. I co-teach inclusion classrooms for math and reading.

I also have the privilege of supervising Student Council. We have many fun and exciting activities throughout the school year. Our student council members actively seek to be a part of committees that promote support for our school and community.
