Welcome to my website! This is my 14th year teaching in District 150 and my 7th year teaching at Northmoor.  I love being a part of the Northmoor community!  Northmoor has the best students, families and staff.  

I live in Peoria with my husband, Justin, who works at Richwoods and coaches soccer. We have a 9 year old daughter and 5 year old son who both attend Northmoor.  We also have a golden retriever named Ace.  In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing soccer with my kids, hiking, and cheering for Illini basketball.  I also like to travel, especially to the beach!

In 2005, I graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Special Education.  In 2010, I completed my masters degree in STEM at Bradley University and in 2019 I became a National Board Certified Teacher! I love teaching and am so thankful that I am able to work with amazing children every day! If you ever need something, my door is always open (or call or email!).
