ART Inc inspires and empowers the community through art, education, and culture. They do this by enhancing the quality of life for the community, especially children and youth through programming, regardless of ability to pay.

Community Children's Theatre
CCT was established to introduce the children in our community to the exciting world of theatre. CCT’s programming includes two musical play productions each year with casts of 60 to 70 children and approximately 4,000 people in attendance.

Cornstock for Kids
Corn Stock for Kids is a program that is for children ages 7 to 18. Workshops and shows are part of our schedule each year for children of this age to start getting involved and learning about community theatre and Corn Stock. Whether it’s being in the ensemble, painting a set, learning about costumes or props, or being the lead as an older child, there is room for everyone in Corn Stock for Kids.

PACC Preparatory Chorus
A non-auditioned ensemble for 1st--5th grade singers.

Curriculum will include choral singing, solfege, music reading, music games, folk dance and activities that will help students to learn about the many elements of music.

PACC Youth Chorus
An auditioned ensemble of 4th-8th grade singers (with unchanged voices)

Penguin Project, Peoria
The Penguin Project®, founded by Dr. Andrew Morgan in 2003 in Peoria, Illinois, is a national non-profit organization with the vision of creating unrestricted access for children with special needs to the performing arts.
