2nd Grade

After growing up in Northern California, I moved to Illinois to attend Illinois State University (Go Redbirds!) where I received my Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education in Spring 2020. I student taught at Lincoln and loved Peoria so much I decided to make Illinois my permanent home. I have previously taught fourth grade at Franklin Primary School, and have been teaching 2nd grade at Lincoln since 2021. I live in the Peoria area with my fiancé, our two cats (Dahlia and Sage), our husky Zeus, and our ball python named Butters. My favorite part about Peoria is being close to the river and the amazing restaurants, though I do miss In-n-out.

DRINK: Unsweetened iced tea (or Red Bull if I'm feeling extra tired!)

FOOD: Burgers and fries

COLOR: Robin Egg Blue​ & Olive Green

ANIMAL: Ducks (My classroom is filled with them!)

SPORT: Baseball (Go Giants!)​

CANDY: Almond and Pretzel M&Ms
