Welcome Lincoln K-8 Students and Families! 

My name is Delaney Grafelman and I am the School Social Worker at Lincoln K-8. I can assist your students to enhance their Social Emotional Learning needs (SEL). I am also on the IEP team and can support students who may require a little extra support. I have a passion for working with students and LOVE what I do.
