Hello!

My name is Matthew Thompson and this is my sixth year teaching. I will have third and fourth grade students and will be working with all six amazing third and fourth grade teachers here. I received my Masters in Special Education from Grand Canyon University in 2019. I have been at Charter Oak since 2017 as a Teacher's Aide and am thrilled to have gotten the opportunity to transition into a teacher here! I attended Peoria Public Schools my entire K-12 schooling and am excited to be teaching in the district that helped me to where I am today.
