Ms. Walsh is a dedicated and passionate career coach with a background in social and behavioral science. She is committed to helping students and aspiring professionals achieve their career goals and has a wealth of expertise and experience to provide personalized coaching and support. Emily has a bachelor's degree in sociology from Bradley University and has worked as a substitute teacher for Peoria Public Schools, gaining experience in all five area high schools. In 2022, she joined Woodruff Career and Technical Center as a long-term substitute teacher and is now a Career Pathways Success Coach, helping students explore their career options, create a plan, and take the next steps towards their dream careers. In this role, Emily is also responsible for finding internship opportunities for students seeking real-world experience in their chosen fields.
