Mr. Schuster is the Collision Technologies/Auto Body instructor at Woodruff. He has been involved in the automotive trades for over 45 years, primarily in the collision industry as a structural technician and refinisher. Mr. Schuster also has many years of experience in the custom, hot rod, and race car industry. He successfully owned and managed his own repair shop for 20 years, then went on to work for some of the area’s best collision shops. During this course of time, his training and experience allowed him to gain ICAR Platinum Pro Level 3 status and ASE Master Technician certification, along with General Motors structural level 3. He also trained and received certification with GM`s electric vehicle platforms and the Corvette/ZO6 program.

Mr. Schuster's goals as an instructor are focused on the belief that you, as a student must feel comfortable and confident as you learn the evolving technologies of today’s repair shop. Going forward, from learning about safety and protecting your health in the shop environment, we set realistic goals to ensure each student reaches a full understanding of the lesson before we move to the next. I am a firm believer in doing your absolute best at each job, realizing that your good reputation will always open doors to further your career.
