Hello parents and students! On this website you will have access to important information that will be helpful and informative. I hope this site helps parents stay up-to-date on their childs' learning. Feel free to email me if you have any questions. 

I would like to share a little about me. I was born and raised in Peoria, Illinois. I graduated from Lowpoint-Washburn in 1982. My husband Scott and I live in Washington. Scott owns his own trucking company and our eldest son, Brett, works for us. Our daughter, Kaitlyn, lives and works in Chicago and our youngest son, Dane, is a student at ICC. As my students know, I am an animal lover and live with two German Shepherds and five cats! This is my third year at Franklin Primary and have grown very fond of this community. Outside of teaching I enjoy walking my dogs, flower gardening, renting movies, reading mysteries, going to high school football games, volunteering at my church, shopping for clothes, drinking tea, eating spaghetti and pizza, and visiting with my neighbors.
